In order to provide quality services and smooth purchase experience to the members (abbreviated as "you") as well as ensuring both parties deal under ample understanding, Juice Monkey (abbreviated as “our”, “our company”) have drawn out the terms of service as following:

 

1. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
2. In using our app, you agree to take responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secured.
3. Our company retained the full copyright of all the materials (including pictures, brands, trademark, ...etc) contained in the application. You may not use any of them for commercial purposes.
4. Our company reserved the right to cancel the order anytime.
5. Our company reserved the right to update selling price, product information and stock amount on the application without further notice.
6. When you submit an order to us, you agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.

 

 

 

 

Loyalty Program

 

Eligibility

Participation in the loyalty program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who download and register on the app.

 

Membership

Users must create an account on the app to participate in the loyalty program. Each user is allowed only one account.

 

Points Accumulation

Points are awarded based on specified actions such as purchases, referrals, or engagement with the app. The method of earning points may be subject to change at the discretion of the company.

 

Redemption

Points can be redeemed for rewards as specified in the app. The redemption options and their corresponding point values may be subject to change.

 

Point Expiry

Points may have an expiry date. Users will be notified in advance of any impending expiry of points.

 

Fraudulent Activities

Any attempt to manipulate the program or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all points.

 

Modification and Termination

Our company reserved the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, users will have a specified period to redeem their points.

 

Limitation of Liability

Our company are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation in the loyalty program, except where prohibited by law.

 

Communication

Users may receive communications related to the loyalty program via email, push notifications, or in-app messages.

 

Feedback

Users are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions regarding the loyalty program. Our company reserved the right to use this feedback for improvement purposes without any obligation to compensate the user.

 

 

 

 

Return and Refund Policy

 

 

Application for the Return of an Item

 

 

1. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

• The Item has not been received by Buyer;
• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
• Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer

2. How am I able to request for a Return / Refund / Replacement?

• Notify us that an exchange is needed within 3 working days from the date of receiving your goods by email or contact us with your FULL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER together with the REASON OF THE RETURN.
• Must receive a confirmation from Juice Monkey BEFORE return goods.
• We reserve the right to reject request if we conclude goods sent is in good condition.
• All goods must be returned in an unopened as well as in its original sellable condition with its original packaging.
• A one to one exchange will be processed upon the receipt of your package.
• Goods purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
• We are only able to waive the shipping charges if the return is due to our oversight.

Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. A notification of refund will send via email or phone.
